Gerry has worked in the transportation industry for more than 20 years.
His lifelong passion for aviation began at an early age with his first
flight aboard a 1938 built Piper Cub and then discovering the joy of
spotting from the top of the old Terminal One in Toronto. Since joining
the Airport Watch program, Gerry has served on the 10th Anniversary
Committee and regularly volunteers at various aviation events. When he
can’t be found at his second home “The Ottawa Airport” , he can be
seen, camera in hand, boarding a regularly scheduled flight with as many
stopovers and connections as possible, in order to fly on
various aircraft types, but more importantly to get that
perfect picture!
